Leads go quiet with no follow-up.
Systems-First HighLevel Implementation
I help clinics, wellness businesses, and other appointment-based teams fix the HighLevel system behind your bookings, reminders, and follow-up. It's built around how your business actually works, not a generic template.
The Trust Problem
You refresh the pipeline to see what's real. You double-check bookings before trusting them. You keep a backup spreadsheet "just in case."
Leads go quiet with no follow-up.
Duplicate contacts and opportunities clutter the pipeline.
Reminders arrive late, twice, or not at all.
Bookings, cancellations, or reschedules don't update correctly.
You fix one issue, and another appears.
Only one person knows how it all works.
One broken automation can be enough to make the whole system feel unreliable.
That costs more than time. Clients can get the wrong information, appointments can slip through, and your team spends more time checking the software than helping people.
That doesn't mean you need a rebuild. It means the system needs to be understood first.
Services
A deeper review of an existing HighLevel setup to find out what needs attention and what should happen next.
We define the issue, the part of the system affected, and what should be happening instead.
Depending on the problem, I may review:
You receive:
For businesses starting with HighLevel or replacing a setup that never worked properly. I build around how your business captures leads, books appointments, communicates, and follows up.
For existing systems with problems that go beyond a quick fix. I repair or rebuild only what needs attention and keep what already works.
For systems I’ve reviewed and can support. This can include updates, troubleshooting, testing, and agreed documentation.
For teams that already manage HighLevel but need another experienced set of eyes for auditing, troubleshooting, testing, restructuring, or documentation.

A workflow can look correct and still fail if the handoff, timing, or ownership is wrong.
I define what should happen, who owns each step, what information they need, and what should stay human.
I connect automation to real events like inquiries, bookings, payments, cancellations, and form submissions.
I test reschedules, duplicate submissions, missing information, and failures—not just the perfect scenario.
I make changes your team can understand and maintain after the project.
The Person Behind the Process
I'm Jamm Lacbawan, a HighLevel Certified Admin with hands-on experience since January 2021.
Before specializing in HighLevel, I spent nearly a decade in Business Process Management, working across sales, training, process improvement, and team management.
That experience taught me to look beyond the software. People need to know what happens next, who's responsible, and where to find the information they need. That's the perspective I bring to every project.
I've worked with therapy clinics, boutique gyms, mortgage and real estate businesses, and agencies.
I lead the diagnosis and key technical decisions on every project, with HIREA DIGITAL, LLC supporting delivery, testing, and documentation as defined in the project scope.
Outside of work, I'm a dad of four, a motorbike rider, and a guitar player who still thinks every good meeting deserves a soundtrack.

Process
Share what’s happening now, what you expected the system to do, and where things are getting stuck.
I’ll recommend the most appropriate path, whether that’s an audit, repair, new build, or something else.
Before you move forward, you’ll know the scope, cost, timeline, and what I need from you.
Once everything is approved and onboarding is complete, the work is scheduled.
FAQ
A focused review of the agreed parts of your HighLevel setup connected to your main concern. You receive findings, priorities, and recommended next steps so you can make an informed decision about what to do.
Sometimes. If the issue is simple and the cause is clear, a direct repair may make sense. If the cause or connected processes are uncertain, diagnosis comes first.
Repairs are separate from the audit and quoted once the findings are clear. You don’t have to hire me for the next stage. You can take the findings to your own team or another provider.
They are a primary focus, alongside other appointment-based businesses. I also work with mortgage and real estate businesses, agencies, and teams that manage HighLevel internally.
Yes. For a new setup, we start by defining how your business handles leads, appointments, communication, and follow-up. That gives us the basis for a build with a clear scope.
That depends on the service and scope. I confirm the price, payment terms, and expected timeline before you approve the work.
We agree on the documentation before work begins. Depending on the scope, that may include system notes, checklists, written instructions, or recorded walkthroughs.
Yes, for systems I’ve reviewed and confirmed I can support. We agree on the work covered, response times, and service limits. Support does not include unlimited changes or 24/7 emergency coverage.
No. My work focuses on system reliability. Booking and revenue results also depend on your offer, marketing, demand, and how your team uses the system.

You don't need to know exactly what's broken or which service you need.
Tell me what's happening, what you expected the system to do, and where things are getting stuck. I'll review the information and help determine the most appropriate next step, starting with a free System Check.
